Our guild toolkit for XP, community events, trivia, raid attendance, guild data and officer administration.
Eligible messages earn 15–25 XP after a 60-second cooldown. Messages shorter than 3 characters do not count. Ordinary bot and webhook messages are ignored.
Messages bridged from the configured WoW linked guild-chat channel can count when Discord identifies the author as a current guild member. Unlinked-account placeholder messages do not earn XP.
Members earn 10 XP every 5 minutes, up to 500 XP per UTC day. Unmuted members can earn voice XP even when alone. Muted members only earn voice XP when at least one other eligible human in the same voice channel is unmuted. If everyone in the channel is muted, nobody earns voice XP. Self-deafened or server-deafened members do not earn voice XP, and no voice XP is awarded in the guild AFK channel.
Reaction XP is enabled. When enabled, the message author receives 5 XP and the reacting member receives 3 XP from the first qualifying reaction per member/message, subject to a 150 daily cap and a 7-day message-age limit.
Self-reactions, bot-role messages and configured excluded channels do not count. The award waits 60 seconds; removing the final reaction or deleting the message reverses the XP.
Members detected in a non-AFK voice channel during the weekly event window receive 500 XP once for that event. The current window is Friday, 19:00–22:00 Copenhagen time. Attendance is saved automatically and can be reviewed from the Event Attendance pages.
Mousekeeper assigns the highest rank role earned. Level 100 is reached at 200,000 XP, but XP does not stop there. Members continue gaining XP above 200,000 while remaining at the maximum rank.

Mousekeeper automatically awards profile badges for milestones such as XP, Friday-event attendance, trivia participation and wins, raid attendance and guild tenure. Members can feature up to three earned badges on their profile. Larger achievements can also trigger automatic Discord announcements.
Community
Signed-in members can save a day and month without storing a birth year. Mousekeeper shows upcoming birthdays and can post automatic birthday announcements. Officers can manage entries and announcement settings.
Trivia
Officers can prepare rounds, optional question images, timed answer buttons and configurable points. Answers stay private while the question is live, then Mousekeeper reveals the correct answer and who chose each option. Round standings are posted when the round ends.
Polls
Officer polls support single or multiple choice, anonymous or visible voters, role pings, automatic close times, reusable drafts and final-results messages.
Hardcore
Current guild members can search the latest uploaded Hardcore bank snapshot, including item quantities, locations and item details.
Raiding
Officers can import public Warcraft Logs reports, link multiple characters to Discord members and review rolling 14-day attendance. The active roster follows the Discord Raider role.
Retail Mythic+
Signed-in members can view a character-based current-season leaderboard. Mousekeeper refreshes the guild roster and Raider.IO scores without requiring Discord character ownership links.
Officer panel
Access and privacy
Public information pages may be viewed without signing in. Member information such as birthdays and the Hardcore guild bank requires Discord login and current server membership. Officer pages additionally require the Guild Leader or Officer role, checked against Discord on protected requests.
Birthday years are never requested or stored. When a member leaves, Mousekeeper removes their active XP, birthday and member-specific guild data according to the existing cleanup rules.
